That time again….. and  just in case we are not here after Friday  🙂

This will be my last post until the end of January 2013, time for my trip back home and all the hustle & bustle of Xmas.

The hotels and shopping malls here in Oman have their Christmas Trees decorated and switched on (very festive) even the odd Father Christmas can be seen. Contrary to popular opinion, especially in some of the media (UK for instance) Christmas is openly celebrated here by those of the Christian faith and the two churches in Muscat will be holding carol services.  Oman is a very tolerant society and most are just happy seeing people enjoy themselves.

So a Very Merry Xmas & A Happy New Year.

Why does ‘Blogger’ assume that just because my URL is in Oman; I want the site I am visiting in Bl**dy Arabic……… If I want that language I visit a  site written in it. Like Microsoft, always trying to second guess my motives.

Oh and anything else by Google that I have not logged into and forced into English – are you listening Google !!!!
