One of my favourite subjects David. Excellent composition with wonderful tones.
Thanks Dave – I must admit that the scan was not the easiest: tried Vuescan and Silverfast before I could get close to the print tones.
Some negatives print well but are hard to scan others not; probably my processing if the truth was known 🙂
The old man and the sea…?
Ha…. I must admit, it feels like that some days 😉
I meant that the photo is a scene from the book!
Actually I was thinking of Homer….. 🙂
Odysseus or Homer?!
Are you reading my mind ? because I just thought (I hope he thinks Odyssey and not the cartoon)
It is a fish net and you say Homer?
What can be something else? (my English is not so good sometimes)
Looking at your web site – your English is very good but I do have a tendency to be obscure.
Please take my apologies
No apologies needed!
It’s my day off and it is nice to talk 🙂
Nice to talk with you too!
Enjoy and take more photos!
I enjoyed them very much!
