Just a taster of Dhofar: a long (10 hours) drive back to Muscat yesterday with temperatures in the desert leg reaching 35C !

  The whole area is full of diverse & dramatic land/seascapes: mountains, sea, desert & in particular greenery because of its unique position with respect to the monsoon season.
