I am not sure, the door is in a very remote abandoned village called Sap bani Khamis (or ‘As Sab’) occupied for about 300 years & abandoned in the the late 70’s I think.
Flower type symbols are quite common, although some are put on doors to prevent the ‘evil eye’ or Jinn.
