Very effective use of light revealing just the right amount of detail in the shadows as well as creating a range of tones and textures.
The light was great (quite early in the day)
I had my back against a wall crouching over my tripod, determined that I would make this image – thankfully I have a Uni-Loc.
These houses never come with straight walls!
Agree with the previous comments David, superb lighting and wonderfully processed.
Another day when I was there at the right time for the light. Mind you it has been a nice winter this year; on its way out now I am afraid………. ho well.
Great photo, love the lighting from everywhere!
Thanks, pleased you like it.
Lovely light and texture.
there was the remains of a sand storm for most of the day so the light was quite diffused outside.
Ah, diffused light, my favourite…
