No, other than it was on an open side of rock; not an overhang. No sign of rock fall so I think Ehpems suggestion is the closest; Leaching of minerals during Oman’s wetter period. Travertine or Dripstone deposits….?

P.s The colours are not far from natural (Full sun) only a slight increase in saturation.
That is very cool rock – looks like a mineral seep of some kind, and that blue boulder really draws the eye well.
