That’s true; lightning strikes on the other hand can be a bit spectacular. Let me just say that they tend to be very loud and rather close for comfort sometimes.
This was taken at around 8500ft on an open mountain side.
Thank you – When the storm actually breaks it sounds like something from a Wagner opera. At these altitudes one tends to be in the storm; not looking up at it……..
