So when was this built? For anyone in particular? I wiki-ed it but did’nt get much. “Pre Islamic” was mentioned but not whether the date applied to this specifically. It’s SUCH a fab structure.
It is & perfectly incorporates the surrounding rock it’s perched on.
As to the question of when & who built it, like you I find no reference anywhere and when I ask, get the usual epithet when something is unknown “but its always been there” a challenge.
