This is about 6500ft and for me, another 3500ft to go before my destination.
I have two of these sites on my visiting schedule, the other Jebel Harim in Musandam is about 7000ft and equally as pleasing on the eyes.

That’s the kind of work I would love! What a great scene!
I must admit that it’s not an arduous task, although driving in bad weather as I did the other day, can be fraught with danger. Especially when tourists with no off road experience are on the loose; for some reason they get a little concerned with the odd large drop on one side of the track! Hugging the middle, which is ok until one of them comes round the bend in the middle of the road……..!!!
Hay-ho can’t have everything 🙂
